Mark E. Ashburn passed away on June 3, 2015. Though he is no longer with us, the firm has chosen to keep its name unchanged in honor of Mark’s contributions to his colleagues, clients, and the community. Throughout his career, Mark provided mentorship, guidance, and wisdom to several generations of attorneys at Ashburn & Mason. He was a true model of how to blend courtesy and good humor with effective advocacy; the firm strives to maintain that legacy.
