Ashley K. Sundquist

Ashley joined Ashburn & Mason as an attorney in 2018. She assists with all areas of the firm’s practice, with a particular interest in business issues and commercial disputes.

Prior to joining Ashburn & Mason, Ashley served as a law clerk for the Honorable Sharon L. Gleason in the U.S. District Court for the District of Alaska. Ashley was published in the Alaska Law Review in June 2017 for her article Economic Loss Doctrine in Alaska and the Design Professional Exception. In law school, Ashley served as Editor-in-Chief of the Journal of Dispute Resolution and was the head teaching assistant for business law at the School of Business. During law school, Ashley also worked as a summer associate at Carmody MacDonald P.C. in St. Louis and served as a law clerk for the Missouri Court of Appeals.

Ashley enjoys any and all Alaskan outdoor activities and is a triathlete.
