Trevor joined the firm in 2024. He is a dedicated advocate bringing passion, commitment and compassion to every matter he handles. Trevor takes pride in understanding the circumstances and issues his clients face so that he can give customized counsel to achieve the best possible outcome for his clients.
Before joining the firm Trevor clerked in the Federal District Court for the District of Alaska. Prior to clerking Trevor completed a two-year fellowship specializing in natural resources law in Utah known as the O’Hara Fellowship. As part of the O’Hara Fellowship Trevor represented several Utah state agencies including the Utah Division of Oil, Gas and Mining; the Utah Division of Forest Fire and State Lands, and the Utah Division of State Parks. Trevor negotiated administrative penalties and bond escalations ranging in value from thousands of dollars to hundreds of millions of dollars. Trevor also served as a hearing examiner for administrative adjudications brought against individuals to revoke their fishing and hunting privileges. Lastly, before his natural resources fellowship Trevor assisted in chambers for the Utah State Supreme Court.
Trevor’s experience makes him comfortable representing clients wherever is needed, in administrative hearings, at the trial level or on appeal.
In his free time Trevor enjoys photography, fishing, camping, canyoneering, and a variety of sports.
